Sock It To Me

"Have you done your blog yet?" he asked as we were finishing dinner. Big oops, and it's already dark out. So here's the sock I've been working on for awhile. Too late, I realized that the lace part in the front doesn't show up very well in a multi-colored yarn. We're going for subtle at this point. The problem with socks is that you always have to make the second one after you've learned the lesson. I'm fascinated by the patterns; every one I've tried has different directions for turning the heel, and they all come out the same. Anyway, it's a break from murals. I still have to get around to see all the finished pieces.
