Piercing Woe

Piercing people, I have a question! Those of you who use nose screws for your nose piercings, do you find yours always turns downwards and shows in your nostril like this? It drives me up the wall, but it's the only type of nose piercing that I don't lose. Is it just too big? Something to do with the angle of the piercing? Does it happen to everyone or does yours stay snug in place?
