Bread and Butter Pudding.....

In the kitchen again today and baking a lovely Bread and Butter Pudding, a reminder of what school dinners were like back in my school days.

I went to the hospital to see the surgeon today and after a short examination pronounced me discharged and they will write to my GP. I an still very tender in places but I am getting better everyday.
