Bridge Balloon

It’s a year since an 18 year old boy tragically died near this spot, in one of the Flashes. The bridge was just being completed, so his mum ‘claimed’ it as his bridge, and it now has ‘permanent’ remembrance signs on it from his family, as well as objects added on his anniversary.
