March Moonset

I was thrilled this morning to see the moon shining bright through a thin layer of cloud, but as it set toward the hills the cloud thickened. My hopes of getting the moon really close to the hills were dashed. This was the best shot. In the ones that followed the moon was increasingly greyer and blobbyer.

This was what I was after.
