A nice healthy bike trip

Today i went on bike with a friend to Sluis , which is a city in Netherland near the border of Belgium. It was much against the wind when we went there . The trip went along the canal , passing Damme which is about 5 km from Bruges , til we reached our destiny. Being sweaty and heated up , i enjoyed a nice glas of dutch beer. Going back was a piece of cake.
Ps My friend wanted to take my photograph but i did it myself and catched a nice fitting scene in the background. ;-)
