Flow

We walked in the park today and enjoyed the beginning of autumn colour. 
Judy gave me some lemon verbena leaves for tea; she’s got a long-lived plant in a sheltered spot. It’s been a quiet day of reading and a few chores. I’ve been following the puppet Little Amal’s walk through London on instagram; I wanted to go with my group but decided it was too much walking for me at the moment. It looked amazing.
