Promise of hope!

I absolutely love rainbows! I woke up this morning feeling quite down and teary due to circumstances beyond our control. As I looked out of our window I saw this double rainbow. Immediately I was reminded that not only did God put the rainbow in the sky as the sign of his promise that he would never again destroy the earth with a flood (Genesis 9:13–17) but the rainbow is a symbol of hope! Just what I needed today!
