Old Jumper

I knitted this jumper over 40 years ago from dish cloth cotton, not knitting yarn, without any tension square. Dish cloth cotton is really intended for making dish cloths. From sleeve cuff to sleeve cuff, it measures about 1.45 m whilst the back length is only 0.45 m. and it looks very odd landscape, so to speak. It comes out of the washing machine weighing a ton but it doesn’t bobble or get any more misshapen then when it went in. It's ageing a lot better than me.
