Parliament Street

This here is Parliament Street in Exeter. It claims to be the narrowest street in the world. In the great tradition of narrow streets, it smells very strongly of stale urine.

I'm not entirely sure how you could verify this fact, but if someone's willing to give me an expenses paid worldwide trip to measure streets (and have an awesome time en route) then I'll be willing to test the accuracy of the claim!

Edit to add: this extremely narrow, smelly street is called Parliament Street, whereas one of the busiest and widest streets in Exeter (on which the Central train station is located) is called Queen Street. Coincidence?
