I look so old

In our retirement home , we also take in elderly people for temporary stay. This means elderly who are in search of permanent stay and need care and supervision. She is from a town near the seaside and wanted to stay there in retiremnet home. As there is a lot of requests and less places she has to stay for some time with us. She did run a tabacco store in her active life and started smoking in her 40 ties. Asking why so late , she said because of the friends i had. That time smoking was a social habbit.
I gave her a print of this photo and she looked , she frowned and said" i look so old ". I said you are over your eighties , don t think like that.
