Passion Fruit Cheesecake

Trying a new one. Back at the bakery for afternoon tea and it gets me out for a while from the flat. A small break is quite refreshing. I’m not good at staying in for long periods and winter is a challenge when it’s cold. Fortunately it’s been warmer in the last few days and makes sitting out not too bad with correct clothing on. It’s fairly empty here so I’m indoors.
It’s very cloudy but no rain so far.
