Olive

Made an expedition halfway up Leith Walk today, zigzagging across it when possible to visit various shops. The pedestrian crossings through the tramworks seem to have moved again, and are not really signposted, so a lot of walking up and down the Walk is involved.

I was struck by the gnarled trunk of this olive tree outside what is now called La Casa. Wonder how old it is?
