Lausanne by Night!

At least once a year it's tradition to go downtown late November or in December to eat hot, roasted chestnuts from a street vendor accompanied by a goblet of mulled wine!  Jean and I did just that early this evening , but avoided the huge crowds everywhere around the Christmas Market! There was even a Big Wheel all illuminated!

I took this photo from the Place Saint-François of the church of the same name. We also caught the bus back home from the same place. 

I liked the midnight blue sky and the illuminated leaves with the green of the church spire!
