102 Emergency

I previously blipped the artist at work, while he was creating this dramatic mural. Now that the mural is complete, some of the local police officers have taken to stationing themselves nearby. We were delighted and surprised that they didn't mind us taking their photograph.

Many members of the civil police and the buildings they work in were targeted last November although, unless they were non-combatants engaged in hostilities at the time of their death, it was illegal to target them. It is terrible that members of the civil police force are in danger because of their association with Hamas, the party in power in the Gaza Strip.
