Monster bread

This weekend has been one of baking and cooking up a storm.
Nowt else to do- plus it's very relaxing!
This is my first ever hand made bread (had a bread maker years ago).
Followed recipe from the silver fox Paul Hollywood and it worked like a dream.
Possibly slightest bit underdone : (
Edible though!!

Back to work tomorrow- cheese sandwiches all round!
