A splash of colour in a wintry garden

The morning after Storm Arwen saw us still without power and a smattering of snow. Lots of trees down nearby but we have been fortunate with no damage to house or garden. Our overnight visitors were picked up early by their mum and dad who had a welcome warming cuppa at us before heading off. Our power came back on mid-afternoon but there are many people still out. Still windy but nothing like yesterday.
