The Nelson Monument

This is the view looking up to the Nelson Monument on Calton Hill from where a series of iconic images down and along Prince's Street have been taken over many years and will no doubt be taken for many years to come. The cameras taking those images never saw any trams, then they appeared, stayed around for 85 years then disappeared only to return after another 55 years, but for how long will they be around for this time?
