John 39

i have no idea how to contact john 39. if someone could tell me that would be great.
in reference to his recent image of a poorly chaffinch,
it is not bird flu but a trichonsis of some  form that affects mostly chaffinches. we get a lot here in north Pembrokeshire.
the picture you posted is a-typical. often predated. the only thing you can do is as you have, alternate feeding areas, disinfect etc. 
The main problem? birds fly!
