Befriended blackbird

I discovered this chap in our summer room one morning. His left wing seems to be slightly damaged and I am not sure that he can fly properly. Consequently I have been putting food out for him and he is becoming quite used to me. Apart from his droopy wing he seems quite well and is able to flutter between the wall and bushes.
