It Started Raining When We Got to the Campground

And it came down like crazy for about an hour. Luckily we camp in a van, not in a tent (been there, done that). As soon as it stopped we squished around outside to see the forest and the beautiful still meadow. We are in the Gold Country, in the Sierras, on a mini vacation.

And I forgot to mention that we fall asleep to the sound of frogs, and wake to the sound of birds...
