Circuit City

Took a break just for today from the 8 mm practice to try out Nikon's fairly new prime lens . The f1.4 50mm G AFS.
It's meant for portraits and landscapes and is amazingly fast in low light conditions.
I wanted to test it abilities to the extreme so here is a shot of part of a circuit board 6 inches by 4 inches and cropped by 70 %.
I simulated a negative from an Ilford film from the 1950s. It should appear more grey than black.
This is one heck of a lens.
A bit of fun as a photograph but it means " oooh I'd like one of these lenses! "
Volunteers please, to email Margaret and explain the necessity of buying this lens .
Please note that fellow blippers who collect lenses and cameras and hoard stuff will possibly not be taken seriously by Margaret hehehe
Have a wonderful weekend everyone.
