Ogden Water

A frosty start and a clear and sunny day. I started off with an 11 km run down to Clay House, along the canal to Copley and then up though North Dean Woods to Norland Moor and home. The middle section was difficult to run with both ice and ankle-deep mud. At times I slipped off the path into the undergrowth.

This afternoon we went for a 3.6 km walk around Ogden Water. There was a lot of ice on the upper paths. The photo was taken looking towards the wind turbines on Ovenden Moor.
