GREAT SPOTTED WOODPECKER

We have two spotted woodpeckers in our garden, and this is the female.
It is easy to see because she doesn't have the red spot on the back on her neck as the male. I'm not sure if they are a pair, but it would have been great if they would nest :-)

I saw a woodpecker kid in Central Park. We don't have them in Norway, so I had to google to find the name. It is a red-bellied woodpecker (the red belly is hard to see unless you hold the bird in your hand:-)
