Behind You

The gingerbread and sugar craft section at the Cake and Bake show in Manchester is one of my favourite areas, with amazing creations. Hansel seen here is made from a cake centre and then icing sugar is moulded and painted to make a veery lifelike but slightly creepy arian looking lad who is about to get eaten by an unfeasibly large ginger bread man/woman!
The stuff of which nightmares and childrens books are made!
The cottage is made entirely from gingerbread, so me thinks someone's in for an end of show treat eating all that!
