Nature in the raw

We have come down to Swanage to check on our hut- the one next door has been badly damaged by a mud slide but ours seems OK at the moment.
We have also set up the caravan ready for the summer- it will be a great escape from London for the kids at weekends and it's so Lovely in Dorset

The landslides in Swanage have been very dramatic and the worse we have seen in years. Some huts are covered in huge piles of sand and clay which when dry is really hard and heavy to move.

This blip is of the wild end of the beach which is now hard to reach but very beautiful. Nature does have a habit of asserting itself and reminding us how inconsequential we all are.
