Water jump

Not the greatest action shot. Today has been the opening match of the North premier division of the national young athletes league. Cal's club Preston Harriers has been competing against local rivals Blackburn and Southport plus Gateshead from the NE. It was a close match going down to the last few relays. Results not yet known. Cal ran the 3K and drew the short straw for the 1500m steeple chase. It was the first time ever for him. His hurdling technique needs a bit of refining though. Still three race points could make all the difference.
