Iris 'Katharine Hodgkin' (Reticulata)

I like these little iris flowers. It always amazes me how plants can thrive and grow in the cold conditions of mid-winter. I'm not too good in the cold and prefer a tropical beach if truth be told. But the light of a sunny mid-winter's day in these climes can be beautifully subtle.
