CHRISTMAS PARSNIP

I came across this parsnip on Christmas day when I was preparing the veg for my Christmas dinner. I decided to put it aside for a future Silly Saturday blip.  However it " got lost " at the back of the fridge.  So its making an appearance today. ( and its now in the bin ) Thanks to pipersmom for hosting Silly Saturday in memory of Admirer.

I had planned to go out today but the weather turned cold and rainy so I stayed indoors.  Didn't do any chores.  Watched a lot of TV.  And did some online shopping.
