Malted sourdough

Last week, there was a baking competition at work. I got it wrong, everyone else brought cakes, I brought hot cross buns and also some bread.

A goodly sum was raised for charity, but I didn't hit the judges hearts.

This is a loaf made with a sour dough starter and malted flour. I bought two baskets from Ikea that I used as proving baskets with interesting results.
