FORE!-cast?

Bob’s WideWednesday challenge of ‘man made’ came to mind, as I was by this old radar installation earlier today. It has now been superseded by a much more advanced bit of tech atop a nearby hill, with shared military and meteorological instrumentation, and I’d like to mention that the advanced engineering oversight was very much woman-made!! :-)
