Wreck of the Alkimos

We drove to Alkimos a suburb further along the coast from where we live, they named the local suburb after the cargo ship.
 The Alkimos sunk in 1963 after hitting a reef just off the coast, there is a lengthy story surrounding the ship which can be found on the wikipedia site,  the wreck is now a popular diving attraction, many say it's haunted.
A very hot day again, we didn't stay out too long, though it was nice to get out for an hour or so it was better to stay home with the air con running.
