Contemplation

This morning greeted the men with a different view, and since it was planned to start returning home, there had been a change in the weather which brought some concern.

From the deck this scene of an approaching storm caused deliberation amongst Chris and Fanus about the possibility of flying out later in the morning. The consensus was that it would be wise for all to leave by road, and that no immediate flying would be done.

A small part of the expanse of the bushveld is visible in this image (taken by Johan), and it is clear that another soaking was on its way. This was welcome as this late rains will provide growth for the game to feed on through the winter.
