A balancing act

This has been our family house for 30 years and was my parents pride and joy. It is hard to clear out the rooms, selling and donating the nuts and bolts of a family home.

I'm trying to pace things so that should the sale fall through H and I are not rattling around only using two rooms. However, because there is so much to deal with it does mean that in reality we are rattling around with two usable rooms and a house covered in piles of 'stuff' with nowhere to sit...

And no sign of a date for exchange of contracts yet.
