Tuesday 5 May 2009: A roof full of sky
"Please be aware that due to rain, there may be water on the platforms, making them slippery," intoned the station announcer.
He neglected to add that this was largely due to the big leaky glass roof over our heads. But when you can see the outline of the Governor's House on Calton Hill through said roof, it seems a small price to pay.
