Mixed up Tea

I'm starting to reduce the kitchen. We've almost depleted the freezer. So tonight's tea is a leftover busting lamb pittas with a take on Aspen Fries (no Parmesan, so with grated cheddar) and some bulgar wheat and humous.

Surprisingly tasty.
