One day at a time

Litter picking

We were walking the locally known station walk this morning. Regrettably someone felt it would be ok to jettison their rubbish out of the car window. We had a Spar chicken wrap sleeve, paper bag with pie wrapper and crisp packet, Covid mask, sweet packet, sandwich wrapper, plastic cake holder etc, and a can thrown over a fence we couldn’t reach and separately wet wipes and a poo bag - all very recent. This road is used almost entirely by local people so I find it strange they should want to pollute the landscape they live in and presumably enjoy. The second photo shows where this was. Beautiful isn’t it? (Sorry, feeling a bit fed up about this.)
