Wednesday 6 May 2009: North Sea
The Retriever towed the Thialf across the North Atlantic last trip without too much bad weather. In March and April. We are apparently not so lucky. Our first night at sea was quite uncomfortable. Severe rolling with beam winds and seas. But at the end of this morning the weather improved very rapidly and now everything is forgotten. Even the cook has colour on his face again. I am afraid that his face will turn pale green very soon again, the weather forecast is not so good. But this time the wind will blow from the stern, so maybe he is lucky.
