After a highly highly successful day drawing a map, Nathan really wanted to cook corned beef hash, so that is what we did.

My woorrrddddd, it was tasty. So simple to make, just fried potato, onion and corned beef with a poached egg plopped on top. I ate so much (including three poached eggs) as well two deserts. My appetite has definitely increased recently.

Kirsty also makes incredible incredible poached eggs. Mum, you would be impressed.
