built to last

i cant recall the exact name for this (there is a number associated with different types of these) but basically its a ww2 "pill box"

over 70 years ago tons of these were built in strategic places all over the country, mainly concentrated around coastal regions. we were relying on these as a line of defence should the germans find there way onto our soil, exactly why this one was positioned where it is i dont know, its quite a long way in land, and it was at the side of a really minor lane near Brisley (i think thats how you spell it) in norfolk.
