Visit from the A's today so I could do a practice run for my Sprint Triathlon next weekend (sprint = short not fast). Managed 20km on the bike and a 5km run in 1:25. A lot slower than my mate will be ... ach never mind, as long as I finish the thing.

This is their youngest careering down our drive on Miss42's tractor.
