Sleepy town

It was very frosty, first thing, as I headed into town for an early shift. This picture encapsulates the sleepy Sunday morning of a town before the majority of its residents are awake. They are missing the best part of the day too!

After lunch it clouded over a little as we did some house and garden tasks. We missed watching the boat race too. As one commentator joked : “Oxford and Cambridge made the final again this year then?” Maybe all rowing institutions should compete with each other in order to decide who actually rows in the final?

I am watching the turnout in the Hungarian general election today with great interest as the results begin to come in.
