(Very) Early Swim

On Wednesday's the local leisure centre opens an hour earlier than on other days of the week.  I'd woken early and so had time to walk to the centre by opening time for a swim.  It's becoming easier now that muscle memory has started to kick in.  My times are improving (slightly) and I need less time to recover between splits.  So much so I was back home in plenty of time to start work at 7:00 am.

It was a good day to be at work with several heavy showers between brief spells of sunshine, classic April showers.
