Oil Seed, Edge Hill and NOx

On our way back from the New Forest we noticed an exhaust blowing sound and a smell of exhaust fumes in the cab of the motorhome - fortunately - only three or four miles from home.   Now that we are both out of the 10 day period and over our Covid infections we asked the RAC to come and take a look as the motorhome is going for a service next week and we didn't want to do any damage driving the ~12 miles to Banbury.  The result is in the extra - the NOx sensor was completely out of the exhaust manifold and just sat on top of it.  No idea why this didn't bring up any alarms but we might have gotten away with it!

This afternoon was sunny and bright so as I have seen a few blips of rape seed fields I thought I would take a look at this one just outside Radway and below Edge Hill.  The sunlight was fading behind the clouds by the time we were there but I quite like the way those clouds above Edge Hill give this image a little drama.

A three shot panorama.  I've had to increase the iso to get a fast enough shutter to deal with the breeze which was beginning to stir up the rape seed flowers.

Better seen in large?
