Sourcing sounds from the BBC

Today's blip is from student team member Alex. He says:

'With permission of the BBC, I am gathering sounds from the BBC Sound Library to be added to the Diary of the war at a later date. I have proposed one or two sounds for each diary entry. I have ensured that the sounds are appropriate to the entries that they are supposed to represent sonically. To keep track of the sounds, I made an Excel spreadsheet. Here I list the sounds for each entry, with a brief description for the specific part. I have also listed the locations of the sounds, so that the team can find them the sound library.'

In other P2P project news...

Good news: so far 35 people have signed up for the podcast series launch event at Great Malvern Priory on Tuesday 24th May. If you plan to come along, and haven't registered yet, please sign up on our EventBrite page.

Not so good news: we still need blippers to volunteer to be interviewed by Hazel and/or Bruce about their engagement with the LornaL journal, and the podcast episodes. (Otherwise we won't be be able to complete our empirical work for the project.) Please see the invitation that we blipped last week. Don't be shy, please sign up, go on, go on...
