I thought I could see spots of red on my little crab apple tree yesterday, and I was right!

There were torrential rain showers as I drove up the A38 earlier, but it's all change to hot sunshine and big fluffy clouds now. I had a cuppa in the garden and put a support network in for the broad beans because they're shooting up, and I must think about where I'm going to put the runner beans...

The watch saga:-
I got a watch for free from the MIND shop the other week. Had to pay £11 for a battery and yesterday the strap fell apart, so today I got a new one, a good one for £24, so that's not bad at all. It should last for years now :-)  

P.S. I've started doing Wim Hof breathing and cold showers.
