Easter Dinner

I started to study cooking only at the age of 45. My ex was a natural in the kitchen. She taught me the basics. I'd thought it was way beyond my capabilities, but happily I was wrong.

Our Easter meal consisted of  mutton with red wine sauce, rosemary potatoes and some veggies. The wine was organic Aussie. Heavenly.
