Orchis Mascula

I hope this is the correct identification of the early orchid spotted alongside the coastal path today. It is certainly a different species to the pyramidal type we see many of later in the year. It was my first cycle ride for months and I found it quite hard going against the wind on the way home but I’m determined to get back to fitness asap.
