This is the view from where we were parked today. In the distance is the area we were running on. A long walk to the start and a tough physical course was a challenge and proof my body has a way to go in recovery. However I survived to tell the tale.

The train is Blaenavon and Pontypool heritage railway and was running alongside the parking. There was also a mining museum celebrating the industrial heritage of the area.

A long drive home and a quiet day planned for tomorrow.
