Dessert

Out today to spend the day with friends at their house deep in the Cotswolds. On the way we picked up A’s parents from Blockley and  dropped them back home afterwards.

Blockley is a lovely village and it’s church is the one used in the Father Brown television series. as is the surrounding area and villages.

So as our day was quite busy I only had time to snatch a few photos to blip. This one is one of two desserts which A had made, an orange tart, the other being a blueberry topped chocolate cheesecake. Homemade ice cream too.

The sun disappeared but we managed to sit outside to eat as it was just about warm enough. The extra is of their neighbour’s thatched roof and it’s cat decoration.
